Fear? No Problem!

Have you ever felt afraid?

Is there something you want to change in your life, but fear keeps you from taking action? Keeps you stuck?

Maybe you want a new career, or to start your own business, but are afraid you’re not ‘good enough’ or are afraid to fail.

Or you want out of your shitty relationship, but are afraid of what it means to be single again, afraid no one will love you, afraid you don’t deserve to be happy.

You want to change your health, but are afraid of not succeeding, not knowing what to do, not sticking with it.

You want to sort out the financial mess you are in, but are afraid to ask for help, or to tell someone else about your debt, your shame, the poor choices you’ve made that have led you here.

Maybe you’ve always wanted to take up a new hobby, but you’re afraid of not being good at it, of looking foolish, of being judged.

Or maybe there’s a man, or woman, you are crazy about, but haven’t approached for fear of being rejected, humiliated and embarrassed.

The truth is, we all face fear on a continual basis, every single day. Some fears are big and obvious. Some are real. Some are small. Most are imagined, or made up.

All of these fears shape our experience of life, and they define how we feel in every moment.

 Unfortunately, most of the time we feel stuck. We are paralysed by our fear, and stay stationary in shitty circumstances. We don’t take the action required to change our situation and our life becomes dull, frustrating and unsatisfying.

This is a dangerous place to live. This is where dreams die. Where passion, creativity, inspiration, motivation, energy and love wither and fade away.

But what if there is another option? What if you could embrace your fear, understand what it means, and use it to propel you forward into the life you are meant to be living? What would that mean for you? For your life?

 What would you do, right now, if you had no fear?

 On Thursday 29th May 2014, I want to show you a different possibility.
